Watching these magnificent beings rise with SO much life within them, begs a reminder to the human spirit that when you hold so much wisdom within you it only takes a few flowers once a year to inspire the world....
Because when you stand tall in the light, the ripple effect transcends time and space. It is such creatures that are our truest and most divine teachers.
It's official, I turned THIRTY!!!
💗This was the most incredible birthday yet, not because of where I was and what I was doing but rather who I was with and how I felt.
🗽I'm back in the concrete jungle after spending the past couple of weeks in Arizona with my partner in light.
🌵Phoenix is a place that stirred up the fire within me as a young girl when I moved there at twelve years old from Switzerland....an experience that made me fly away as soon as I could, never wanting to return, or so I thought at the time.
🧚‍♀️I'm realizing more and more each day that I am exactly who I was when I was a little girl playing with my angels and fairies in the woods of Switzerland, loving and deeply connected to Mother Earth. The only difference is that for a while I forgot who I truly was, and it took some SERIOUS soul searching to RE-member who I am. This remembering process lead me to re-become my most innate self, yet much more resilient, wiser, stronger, and graceful...or at least that's what I'm working on every day.
🙌Phoenix keeps pulling my spirit back, and this time through an experience that enriched my soul with nourishing elements still unfolding.
🌿I got to embody my inner child by re-connecting with NATURE through PLAY and FUN. This trip was a grounding balm re-rooting me in a place I never thought I could grow roots in.
🧝‍♀️I played in nature striping down to the human suite I entered this world with, dipping into and playing in a crystal clear Sedona creek. Interacting with the divine water, following the butterflies, and breathing-in the warm light while basking on a rock in the middle of the streaming creek. Climbing up boulders to test my resilience. Exploring smaller pathways on a nearby hike trail. Sliding down a natural slide made by Mother Earth with adventure in my eyes. Dancing my heart out while I let my soul surrender into grace, regardless of where I was, and embracing my innate nurturing ways....

I spent the day co-working at @thescottresort, a magical oasis of style centered in the heart of Scottsdale, and I fell in love with the Cuban style the resort so fancily dubbed “Havana Front Porch” design.
You all know how obsessed I am with animals (and if you didn’t, now you do 😘), so of course the first place I had to visit when I got to Arizona was @thesimplefarm. I discovered them through IG and couldn’t wait to go check the farm out in person.
It just so happened that a couple days before the visit, their goats gave birth to a bunch of little babies! So besides noting down all the visual inspirations and ideas for the future farm I want to build, I got to hold this little guy and cover him with kisses and help the cutest children touch and interact with a goat for the first time!

“Nature always wears the colors of the spirit.” – Ralph Waldo Emerson

We are all part of nature. But, through life, we drift apart from the inborn nature that resides within. We drift apart from love.

The culture of today would have us always drifting, without giving us a moment to breathe. But, there is solid ground in this shifting world.  It is all around us.

It is the very Earth we stand on, and it is never too late to reconnect with Earth. Through the ancient ways we can do this, because love lies at the core of many of these ancient beliefs.

And love is truth. But, we often find ourselves shying away from truth – shying away from its brave palette.

Nature is always present to remind us of these lovely colors. Nature helps us remember love. Nature never wears a false-coat over the color of it’s spirit. It reminds us to let our spirit run free.
Love one another and help others to rise to the higher levels, simply by pouring out love. Love is infectious and the greatest healing energy.
Magic has never disappeared from Earth. The people of the Earth just forgot what magic is. The entire Earth holds such magic that if we really spent time re-learning the ways of our ancestors we would know that we are one and the same. 📷 @natalia_benson
Happy ✨Light✨ Monday!
Divine Mother, thank you for helping me remember the truth of who I am, especially when it is different from the truth of who I thought I was.
