Serves 1 1. 1 organic pacific nori wrap
2. 1 tablespoon Humus
3. 2-3 tablespoons of cooked Quinoa
4. A quarter of an avocado
5. A few peeled slices of cucumber
6. Tablespoon of spicy mango salsa
7. Pine nuts
8. Mint leaves
Place 1 organic pacific nori wrap sheet on a plate, and spread with humus.
Then top with 2-3 tablespoons of cooked Quinoa, and a quarter of an avocado.
Peel a few slices of cucumber on top, add a tablespoon of desired salsa (spicy mango salsa), and garnish with mint leaves. Add pine nuts for an extra crunchy taste.
